I can confidently say that Balvir was among the best of tour guides I had experienced during my travel to various destinations within & outside India. He was extremely knowledgeable, dependable, honest & sincere. Balvir was always punctual and took care of our every need. Towards the end of our trip, he became a friend (I should say he became part of our family...). We were indeed sad to say bye to him at the conclusion of our stay in Agra.

Overall I have had a nice experience and would recommend to get a guide to understand more about Taj Mahal instead of just taking pictures.
