  I had planned our visit to Agra along with my friends from the UK on 26th Jan 2023. I had the desire to engage a specialist who can guide us... read more through Agra within the limited time available with us but I was also concerned having heard some worrying stories such as poor service, intense selling and so on and so forth. Still I decided to engage Tajmahal Pvt Holidays represented by their owner Mr. Balvirji. Suffice to say that we were blown away by the humility and expertise displayed by him. He was on time each time and treated us with true Indian hospitality. The best thing about him was that he was extremely humble and never hard-sold any activity in Agra. He is very knowledgeable of course. In the end we extended our trip on the next day and visited the wonderful Agra Fort as well. Balvir delivered interesting stories and history for a wonderful immersive experience at the various places we visited and coordination with our driver over the day was seamless. Balvir made us feel safe amongst pesky Hawkers, picked good places to eat and even where to withdraw money safely for our shopping. Speaking of shopping, Balvir even helped with haggling at some of the "government endorsed" stores we visited.
We couldn't recommend Balvir more highly to anyone that is looking for an outstanding guide.
